Limited Lifetime Warranty

When your LUX Precision Fire Grill arrives, it has already been measured according to our quality standards. However, on the off chance that something is wrong with your LUX Precision Fire Grill when it arrives like a weld breaking or a manufacturing defect, we offer a limited lifetime warranty to cover these kinds of issues. For LUX Precision Fire Grills or accessories damaged in shipping, please contact our customer service team with photos and information at info@luxgrilling.com. A team member will review and offer a credit or replacement based on the extent of the damage.

We guarantee that your LUX Precision Fire Grill won’t rust through or burn through for up to 5 years after your purchase. If your product is covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace your product with a new one free of charge. If your product has been discontinued, you’ll receive a replacement of equal or lesser value.

There’s no warranty on material finishes, as some of the materials we use may form natural signs of aging with use.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on all purchases over $100.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1603 N 35th St, Rogers, AR 72756.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The assembly is so simple. Ready to use in approximately 15 minutes Tools needed (allen wrench - included, level, & adjustable wrench)Recommend 1 friend to help unpack and place heaviest components in place.

Typically we have inventory of finished grills that we can ship out immediately. In some cases, we might be running low. If that's the case we will contact you with a follow-up email and an ETA.
